Our Policy Now Includes NRAS
The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is a long term legislative commitment by the Australian Government to invest in affordable rental housing in order to stimulate the supply of new, affordable rental dwellings.
NRAS properties are rented to tenants meeting the relevant eligibility criteria, and are administered by an approved consortium, with investors potentially qualifying for tax incentives.
Waratah will provide finance to borrowers purchasing an investment property participating in the following NRAS consortiums.
